USDT TRC20 deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the Company at the time of the transaction.

All Bonus Funds credited to a Player's Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused Bonus Funds expire upon the end of that validity period.
A Player may forfeit any active Bonus Funds at any time by contacting pk1957 support. Upon forfeiture, all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from those Bonus Funds will be removed from the Player's Account. This action is irreversible. Players who have a pending withdrawal request will have any associated Bonus Funds automatically forfeited prior to withdrawal processing.

Where odds, lines, or market prices are published as a result of a human or technical error that results in a clearly incorrect price (commonly referred to as a "palpable error"), pk1957 reserves the right to void the affected bets regardless of whether they have already been settled. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Account. pk1957 will notify affected Players promptly upon identifying such errors.

Where liability cannot be excluded by applicable law, pk1957's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Players use the Platform at their own risk.
